This morning as soon as Kurt left I got up to get ready. I didn't have any money on his birthday to get him a present (and we dug up the money to at least go to the movies) so since I just got my refund I thought it would be nice to go buy Kurt some clothes. Plus, we're gonna be going to Arizona so it'd be nice if he wasn't wearing the same clothes he wore when we were there two years ago, just a more worn out, faded, and tighter version. So, I planned to go to Ross to buy him some new shirts and pair of shorts and to get some picture frames, a memory box, and me some clothes as well. I was even going to wrap up his stuff so he'd be really surprised and feel like he at least got something for his birthday (albeit belated). Then, I was gonna go and print out pictures of his brothers and sisters who live here and put him in our picture frame that says "family" on it.

This morning my Mom was going to go to get milk so I gave her money to put in our gas tank (since I was taking Zachery, I didn't want to have to drag him in the gas station). When she gets home she said something funny happened to the car. The steering wheel was very hard to turn as if it lost it's power steering. I tried it myself in the drive way and it's almost impossible to turn the steering wheel. So, my plans are obviously ruined. The car was driving normal besides a strange noise (my Mom said the belt could have come off?) and of course the steering wheel not turning. When we had it looked at when it was broke like a month ago they all they said was that we had a timing belt that was off a little and that our air conditioning leaked a little. But, they said these were problems that didn't need to be fixed right now but that we'd want to get fixed down the road. I don't know if any of those thing can affect the steering wheel?

Anyways, so I called Kurt to tell him something was wrong with the car. And he goes "Yeah, it was acting funny this morning don't drive it". Well, don't you think that if your car was acting funny you would let the other driver know before they *gasp* try to drive it? So I was like "why didn't you tell me?!?!" and he was like "well, you would have probably forgot". How in the hell would I frreaking forget that the car didn't work!!!!!!! Tell me one instance where someone hopped in their car to do something and was like "what!!! why doesn't the car work!!!!??" and the other driver was like "remember? I told you two hours ago it broke down". I mean come on!

I am just so freaking pissed right now >< I know it's not Kurt's fault that the steering wheel isn't turning but he could have at least gave me the courtesy of letting me know. He knows that I go places during the day.  Not to mention I go places with the baby. I take him everywhere with me, what if I hopped in the car and it was working fine at first like it was with my Mom and then all the sudden I couldn't steer it like she couldn't. I'm not experienced like she is with cars malfunctioning while driving and I wouldn't have known what to do or how to react. That's just really irresponsible of him and I feel like I just wasted all my time getting ready and planning. Now, I feel really disappointed. Drug dealers can start their cars to go buy drugs, murderers can start their cars to go kill people, but I can't even start my car to go and buy my boyfriend a freaking late birthday present.

Now, I have to hope that this is something that is very very minor because I don't even know where we'd get the money to fix anything over like... free.

And yes, I was going to save my money towards my lap top but I decided to do something for Kurt instead and get some stuff for our much needed vacation. I'm only planning on spending $100 out of $300.
